SANAM

Op zondag 18 oktober speelt het zeskoppige SANAM uit Beiroet om 20.30 uur in het Bimhuis in Amsterdam, in de serie BIMHUIS & The Rest is Noise. Sandy Chamoun zingt en Farah Kaddour bespeelt de buzuq. Marwan Tohme speelt gitaar, net als Anthony Sahyoun, die er synthesizer bij neemt. Antonio Hajj zorgt voor de bas en Pascal Semerdjian drumt. De band mengt krautrock, elektronica, avant-jazz en poëzie, en brengt het album Sametou Sawtan, wat ‘ik hoorde een stem’ betekent. Het concert is om 22.00 uur afgelopen.
